Diamond Ridge

The Diamond Ridge Area Structure Plan establishes the framework for the development of a new residential community in the Town of Diamond Valley. It provides for a residential community that reflects the small-town character of Diamond Valley, respects the natural environment, and supports a range and mix of residential typologies.

Thank you for attending our Open House on Thursday, March 13th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at the Flare ‘n Derrick Community Hall. If you were unable to attend, or want to review the materials presented, you can find a copy of the Open House Boards here.

Royalite Greens Phase II

The Royalite Greens Phase II proposed Residential Community is a mixed-housing, fully serviced residential neighbourhood designed to be nestled by the surrounding landscape at the edge of the Town of Diamond Valley, balancing town amenities with rural living.

The community offers single-detached and multi-family (duplex-fourplex) housing. The community is buffered by the Diamond Valley golf course to the north and west and large agricultural parcels of land and open spaces to the east and south. The design offers passive and active recreational opportunities for residents and visitors to enjoy the open space and connect with the environment.

Thank you for attending our Open House on Thursday, September 12th. If you weren’t able to attend or you want to review the materials presented, you can view a PDF of the Open House Boards here.
